Richard has developed a lot of properties for the tourists visiting Hollywood and Hallandale Beach Florida as three types of hosting, motel, hotel and extended stay. Even there's one which is pet friendly for animals and its owners. Nicely decorated gives a tropical ambience and relaxing feeling. There are some things to be improved such small fixes to some of the rooms but nothing to say is causing issues to get a nice stay experience. Richard, great work sir. Keep it up with the northern touch in tropical Florida.
This motel is so cute and clean. I love the effort in the outside from the landscape to the Halloween decor. Shawn at thee front desk was so nice and accommodating. I will definitely stay here when I come to town. Thank you.
Great place to stay near the beach for a very good rate
I've been traveling for a while, and I have not found a better place. The price is great, the service is awesome, and they really go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. It's a cute little place and extremely cozy, private, and quiet. They have great security and everything needed for a great stay.
The room was clean. I slept very good. You get what your pay for.
I had a good stay, the room was nice and clean and comfortable, except for the placement of a dresser and a rocker that were probably too big for the room. I LOVED the grounds, the patio decor (the swing glider was AWESOME! I want one for my own home!)and the landscaping, but wished it was closer to site that had the pool. It was also very well maintained, no garbage and the room smelled nice! The most negative was the customer service, the front desk clerk wasn't very friendly and actually admonished me for a disagreement she'd had with another guest with whom I had no association! I would definitely come back to stay though, bc it was well worth the money!
An absolutely delightful place. Nice big room with kitchen. They need to have a little stick or something to keep the bathroom window open. I used a roll of toilet paper
